With over two decades at the intersection of economic development, social justice, and global policy, she serves as a pivotal bridge between grassroots activism and international leadership.

As Executive Director for African Knowledge (ACW-SEDCI), she steers Innovation & Learning Centres to integrate indigenous knowledge with modern innovation. She is Chairperson of SWEM, Partner at the Centre of Policy Research Africa, COO at SAMDA Inc., and CEO of AgriAbility SA. Monica is also an internationally published author of nine books and the voice behind The Catalyst and The Unspoken Truth newsletters.
